Officer Complaint or Commendation Process

To initiate a complaint or commendation regarding a police department employee, you may contact the on-duty supervisor by calling our dispatch center at 440-428-2115 or coming to the police station at 2065 Hubbard Rd, Madison Ohio.

If there is not a supervisor on duty or you do not wish to make the complaint in this manner, you may email the operations lieutenant at this address:
[email protected]. Please be detailed and include dates and times if possible. If you leave a message for a shift supervisor or an email for the operations lieutenant, you may be contacted for a follow up interview. Please provide contact information if you wish to be contacted.
