Stanton Park is a beautiful community park on the lake that boasts a pavilion and playground, picnic area, rental facilities, beach access, and plenty of room to enjoy with your family.
The park offers a unique setting on the lake with two halls, a chapel, a craft cabin, and a lakefront cabin that can be rented for your special occasion. See below for more information.
The pavilion cannot be reserved it is a first come, first serve usage.
To rent any of the following facilities:
- You must be at least 21 years of age
- All premises must be vacated by midnight and no pets are permitted in any facility
- Any additional equipment (such as grills, tents, etc) to be brought in by the renter must be approved prior to the event.
- The equipment must be removed within the timeline set by the Parks or the security deposit is forfeited.
- Madison Township is not responsible for any damages to, or theft of, equipment and/or personal property left on the premises after the scheduled event. Smoking is prohibited in all facilities.
- If alcohol is to be served, you must hire a Madison Township Police Officer at $25.00 per hour for a minimum of three hours. The Officer must be on the premises the entire time alcohol is served. The Officer agreement will be sent to you with your Rental agreement and needs to be returned with your rental agreement.
All day rentals are from 9:00am until 11:00pm. Rentals that are not all day may have access two (2) hours prior to the scheduled event for setup and one (1) hour after for clean up with no additional charge. Please note; if you rent the facilities until 11:00pm, you have until midnight for clean up but the event and all music must end at 11:00pm.

Banquet Hall
The Banquet Hall is a great place to hold your wedding, party, meeting, or any other special event! It has a large space with a nice alcove for your DJ or special display, a patio with picnic tables and a full kitchen.
Info:
- The maximum Seating Capacity is 170 people
- There are twenty 60" round tables that seat up to eight people with padded banquet chairs
- Four 6' and four 8' rectangular tables
- It boasts a full kitchen with two ovens, a ten burner gas range, 24"x36" griddle, heat, restrooms, portable bar, ice machine and ceiling fans
Pricing:
- $ 75.00 per hour, for the first 6 hours
- $500.00 for the day (anything over six hours)
- $200.00 security deposit
The Recreation Hall is perfect for your smaller events, it holds up to 70 people.

- The maximum Seating Capacity is 70 people
- There are nine 8' rectangular tables and folding chairs
- A small kitchen with a refrigerator and a microwave, but no stove
- Fireplace and outdoor grill
Pricing:
- $100.00 for a four hour period (half a day)
- $200.00 for the whole day (9am to 11pm)

The Chapel is a rustic space with seating for up to 150 people with wooden pews and a stage area for the ceremony or speaker.

- The maximum seating capacity is 150 people
- Wooden pews, raised platform area, lighting for evening ceremonies
- The Chapel is available for rent from mid April through October only, due to no heat
- Rental is based on the full day, we do not rent it out by the hour

The Lakeside Cabin is a fully furnished rustic cabin with a great view of Lake Erie. It has four bedrooms, perfect for that weekend getaway or that week long retreat!

- Four Bedrooms that sleep eight: 2 full beds and 2 sets of bunk beds
- Two full baths
- Kitchen with service for eight
- All appliances: TV/VCR, telephone
- Fireplace
- Renter must provide ALL linens
Pricing:
- $ 95.00 per night
- $550.00 per week
- $100.00 Security Deposit
The Craft Cabin is a rustic cabin that can be used during outdoor events, there is no bathrooms.

- The maximum capacity is 80 people
- No bathrooms, no heat
- Cold running water only
- Tables & chairs
Pricing:
- $25.00 per hour four a four hour period
- $50.00 for the whole day (9:00am until 9:00pm)
- $50.00 Security Deposit
