102- USE DISTRICTS
For the purpose of carrying out the provisions of this Resolution, the unincorporated area of Madison Township is hereby divided into the following fourteen (14) use districts:
A-1 Agricultural District A-R Agricultural Residential R-1 Suburban Residence R-2 Single Family District R-3 Single Family District R-4 Multiple Dwelling District R-5 Multiple Dwelling District - Medium High Density P-1 Professional District M-H Manufactured Home District B-1 Business District B-2 Highway Business District M-1 Light Manufacturing District M-3 Extraction of Earth Materials S-1 Green Area District
102.1 DISTRICT MAP: The boundaries of the districts are shown upon the map which is made a part of this Resolution, which map is designated as the ADistrict Map@. The district map and all the notations, references, and other information shown thereon are a part of this Resolution and have the same force and effect as if the district map and all the notations, references, and other information shown thereon were all fully set forth or described therein, the original of which district map is properly attested and is on file with the Township Clerk and Zoning Inspector.
102.2 DISTRICT BOUNDARIES:
102.2.1 The district boundary lines on said map are intended to follow either streets or alleys or lot lines, and where the districts designated on the map are bounded approximately by such street, alley or lot lines, the street or alley or lot shall be construed to be the boundary of the district; unless such boundary is otherwise indicated on the map. Int he case of unsubdivided property, the district boundary lines shall be determined by the use of the scale appearing on the Zoning District Map or by dimensions.
102.2.2 Where the boundary of a district follows a railroad line, such boundary shall be deemed to be located midway between the main tracks of said railroad line.
