112 - P-1" PROFESSIONAL DISTRICT
The regulations
set forth in this section, or set forth elsewhere in this resolution when
referred to in this section, are the regulations in the P-1" Professional
District.
112.1 ANY
DEVELOPMENT
occurring in an existing or proposed P-1 district, shall be required to submit a
site review plan according to the criteria set forth in Section 126.
A building or premises shall be used only for the following purposes:
112.1.1 .SIC
(Standard Industrial Classifications) code numbers will be used to designate
those types of establishments that will be permitted in a P-1" professional
district. The following SIC codes
will be acceptable as business establishments within the P-1" district.

112.1.2
ACCESSORY USES: In addition to the uses listed above, accessory uses
shall be permitted in the P-1" district.
For purposes of this section, accessory uses shall be defined as a
subordinate use, clearly incidental and related to the principal uses of the
building or land and located on the same lot or premises as that of the
principal use.
112.1.3
CONDITIONAL USE PERMITS ARE REQUIRED before a building or premise can be used

112.4
BUSINESS SIGNS -
The sign regulations in a P-1" professional district shall conform to the
regulations and requirements of signs in a B-1 and B-2" zoning district and all
pertinent requirements of Section 128.
112.5 THE SITE
to
be developed for P-1 uses shall be serviced by a sanitary system and water
facilities as approved by the authorized governing agency.
112.5.1
Property owners in this district should be aware that active farms
producing livestock, nursery crops, and other agricultural crops might be
present and adjacent to your property.
It is logical to expect noise from these active, working industries that
could be derived from the operation of farm machinery, equipment, farm marketing
and/or labor forces. Odors, dust,
any other agricultural activities from but not limited to animal stock, farming
operations, chemical applications, including accessing the property and other
typical farming activity should be expected as common occurrences.
