MADISON TOWNSHIP 

SERVICE  (ROAD) DEPARTMENT

 

 

 

The Madison Township Road Department perform the following services:

  • Pavement Maintenance:  Maintains all Township roads.

  • Storm water:  Clean and maintain Township ditches and storm sewers.

  • Brush & Branch Recycle:  Provides chipping of limbs and branches at the Brush Drop-Off

  • Tree Trimming:  Annual removal of dead/dying trees or trimming for all Township owned tree every October. 

  • Emergency Maintenance:  Plows all Township roads in winter and responds to emergency conditions such as flooding and storm damage.

 

Please contact the Township Administration Center at 428-5128 if you have any concerns regarding the items listed above. The Service Department will be happy to assist in any way they can. Please note that not all of the roads in the Township are under the authorization of the Township when it regards paving, issues with storm water, plowing, etc. Lake County and the State of Ohio have jurisdiction over some of the Township roads.
